Have not used the drone all winter. Got it out today, charged the batteries and I am getting an "Account not logged in" so I have tried both phone numbers and both e-mails and nothing works. I get "check network" The controller and aircraft are sitting beside my modem, so I entered my WiFi and still nothing. I know it is me, but what am I doing wrong?

Have you tried "I have forgotten my password" is that an option?

Is your controller a DJI RC or N1?

Just to check things out, use your PC/laptop browser and head for the DJI website. Try logging into your account from there to get to Sky pixel.

If you can get into your DJI account that way: it means there's nothing wrong on their end. Perhaps... perhaps... logging in through your PC will wake the account up for your other devices.

Logged into the DJI account and changed the password. Now I am getting a "no network" message? Why me Lord? I am going back to my account and see what they say.

I am connected to the aircraft and can move the gimbal with the controller. But I am still getting "Account not logged in". If I check for updates I am getting "Network connection required". When I went to DJI website and signed in I was greeted with a strange user name, not my e-mail??????

Well I got customer support, and they got me working after about an hour. They had me do the same stuff I had already done??????? But now it is working, er flying. Thank you all for the help. Kids maybe right, 85 may be too old for these toys!
