iv tired different resolutions and manual settings same thing all the time...have a 4k top of the line computer 1080ti nvidia gpu ...any suggestions?

You're shooting fast moving subjects in 24fps with high shutter speeds - no wonder it's choppy..

Try disabling synchronised gimbal pan.

If you are not using a ND filter to slow down the shutter speed then that is your problem.

So I tried playing it on my sony 4k, Tv plays great!.... Must be computer I'm running 32 gigs ram 512 ssd drive 1080ti nvidia gpu... Syst

System is top notch.... And it seems to only play my Mavic air flies like this... Do I need special software ware??
