I have used my iPad Mini 2 with the Mavic Pro with good success, but must remove it from my favorite case (Griffin Survivor) when I go flying.
I’ve bought a mount or two that puts it above...or below the remote (we’ve all seen those), but none will accommodate an iPad Mini with a skin or case.
The Griffin Survivor makes the tablet considerably thicker:
Product Height 8.01" (203.5mm)
Product Width 5.38" (137mm)
Product Depth 1.12" (28.5mm)
The concern here is the thickness dimension; has anyone found a tablet mount that will securely hold it?
