Curiosity kills a cat. Here is the Hvalnes Nature Reserve Beach, it stretches so far into the horizon that makes one wonder how long it is. I flew MPone as far as it could go to see if this black sand beach ever ends. Hvalnes, or 'whale peninsula', is a small peninsula with a black pebble beach that stretches on for miles. This peninsula connects all the three horn mountains, with Vestrahorn and Brunnhorn mountains on the western side of the beach, and Eystrahorn mountain on its eastern side. The beach stretches for a few miles, with water on both sides that mirrors the surrounding mountains on calm days.
