First posted video with the Mavic so be gentle! Migrated from a P3P and while some things are familiar, some are a new challenge.

Flying into bright low winter sun with no ND filters wasn't really fair on the poor wee thing but happy with the outcome.

Well done! Low sunlight will also sometimes trick the Mavic into thinking that there is an obstacle in front of it and trigger the obstacle avoidance. Then if set to hover in the DJI GO 4 app it will hover until a low battery condition is detected. Just food for thought.
The ND filters are a good option. Be aware that the Polar Pro ND filters that are not thier cinema series require one place the filter on AFTER the gimbal startup and movement. The Cinema are light enough as to allow install before the startup process for the gimbal.
