ThunderDrones - amazing service (thread on this again)

Rob is absolutely a pleasure to work with. I crashed my drone and had read a thread on here at one point about him and thought I'd reach out. His communication was fantastic and the turnaround time was extremely quick.

I had heard horror stories from people dealing with DJI. I'll always choose to work with someone who will take a personal interest in me rather than just send me a new or refurbished drone. Even though I'm local to DJI in CA I didn't hesitate to ship it to Georgia.
