Turnaround time for repairs

I sent my Mini back on June 4th (Motor Speed Error 3 times in the first 5 weeks of ownership). The status page has been saying "Conducting Damage Assessment" for a few days. What is the typical turnaround time? I've missed several video opportunities and I'm anxious to get it back without further problems.

It's been slow lately..I've had the same message for 7 or 8 days. usually faster.

Texas has been extremely slow, perhaps because of COVID issues. I sent my MM to them and it took 3 weeks before I got it back. Ultimately, they sent me a new drone. I have since learned, after speaking with local DJI repair folks, that the average time for Texas is between 3 and 4 weeks. It was a long wait, and I started calling after about 10 days, and was given the stock reply, "It is being worked on. Please be patient...." Patience, indeed!
