UK or US version?

Im in the UK but have some Amazon US vouchers to use up so was looking to order from Amazon US and pay the customs fees etc. However, I notice there is a 'US Version' and a 'UK version' Mavic. Other then the plug adapter, is there any other difference with the drone itself?

Be careful because I’ve read that warranty is not global and you can only claim it in the country you purchased it ...
