Unable to update firmware and unable to connect to MP via DJIGO4 app.

Hopefully I can keep this brief.

I’ve been attempting to update the firmware via DJI assistant 2 after it failed to work via the djigo4 app. After many attempts eventually I have had it load to 100% then the app goes to transmit and after a few minutes without any action it stops with the error message that the update failed try again later.
Since my first attempt I Am unable to connect to the mavic via the djigo4 app.

Any advice would be helpful

If you haven’t tried, use a Mac, that the only way I could get assistant 2 to work
