I have a valid unlocking license but when I go to sync it to my mavic is says disconnected. Any idea what is disconnected and how to fix it?
This was my issue. The Flight SN within the vital statistics was completely different than the one on the back. Not sure what that means. I added the vital statistics number as the one I was trying to get authorization for and it worked perfectly. Thanks for info.I think I may have an answer
Looks like the serial number I used off the back of the controller is different than the one I used successfully previously
Found a different number in the unit under its vital statistics
Going to try it again
