Update failed

Hi Guy, I am a new pilot and also new to the forums, so excuse my inexperience please, I am being total once I start up my remote that new software is available but every time a go to download it gets to about 70% and then tells me the download has failed, restart equipment and try again, so frustrating, tried it now several times but with no-look, can anyone help me

Not sure what bird you have, but I found that when I activated my Mavic Gen I, I was having the same issue, after 3 tries, I realized that the Mavic rc signal was blowing out my wifi network.

I used a hardwire LAN cable, and voila, all was good. Maybe your situation??
