update firmware not possible mavic Air2

I have a new air2 with no flight I tried the drone and it worked perfectly, the problem manifested itself when I tried to update the firmware from V01.00.0250 to firmware V01.01.1200, the process by connecting the remote control and the drone reaches 63% and it crashes, I also ran dji assistant and the process reaches 99% and it signals me an error. now it signals me an ESC error!!​

I'm not an expert but you may want to try loading an older firmware. V01.00.0250 was new over 2 years ago. Below are my downloads and the dates I loaded them.

AC firmware v01.01.0690 11/21/21

v01.01.0700 12/12/21

v01.01.0710 1/19/22

v01.01.0720 2/18/22

v01.01.0820 6/14/22

v01.01.0920 7/7/22

v01.01.1200 12/30/22

Did you make sure your battery was full? If it's not full it will fail. It happened to me with my controller. Charged it up full and it worked.

Yes, the battery is fully charged, the problem was updating from a firmware of 2020 to the latest of 2022, however it was under warranty and I sent it to dji

27 is a big deal these days. I'm 50 miles drive to put my boat in on the Columbia. 21 was stellar year, 22 not so much due to closures plus I put new roof on my garages. 2 or 3 months until spring chinook show up.
