update firmware

Only problem I have had in 18 months of firmware updates is sometimes it changes some of your basic settings so you need to check each time to see if they have been effected....but its not all the time !!!
ie. Pal vs NTSC, response sensitivity, Auto vs Manual camera settings, battery warning levels
