trying to upload a clip won't accept . saids need a new floor mat. i don't know how to do that , need help thanks.

i edited a clip on final cut redid it to mp4 tried to load it on to mavic forum keeps rejecting it saying am using wrong setting . i don't know how to change the floor mat , i,ve sure looked around thanks
