Over on Amazon, there is a popular and highly-rated "5-in-1" charger that sells for under $50 and that will charge 3 MP batteries plus the RC and a cell/tablet very quickly in comparison with DJI's chargers.
However, I've also read reports of batteries dropping suddenly dropping to zero during flights, followed by crashes. So I inquired re DJI's policy if ever one needs to use DJI Care Refresh for the repair.
Here is the reply:
"Regarding your question, please know that we don't advise you to use a non-DJI Battery Charger since this might resolve in damaging the batteries. This also might be a reason that you cannot avail or claim a DJI Care REfresh since every Damage aircraft or parts will be subject to checking."
