Video cache resolution on RC controller 480p

Anyone notice the video cache is only 480p? Wondering why it’s not 720p like on the RC-N1 or even 1080p.

Resolution of the RC screen is 1920x1080. I dont get either, why the cached videos are such a miserable resolution. I mean, that's why can put a SD card into it it to have loads of storage!
At least 720p would be nice. If it's working on the phone to stream 1080p, why not on the RC?

I suspect, the internals are not meant to process such "big" data simultaneously (same with screen recording) or DJI wants us to belive it to either have to buy the RC Pro or go for the usual phone + controller setup again.
