video glitching when recording

yes I saw that but it looks like that is for windows 10, I have windows 7

well I think I found the problem

what I don't understand why cant a brand new ipad mini 4 play the video without glitching I not happy about that!

I can play the video on a OLD computer windows 7! better then the ipad!

its looking like the player I was using cant handle the video I was using VLC player!!!

windows player SEEMS to be working...I am still checking it out

I would like to add its looking like when I uses the built in screen recorder ( ios) it lags the system down

So I have two choices

1). downgrade go app to older version ( it seems older version take up less cpu power)

2). find a different screen recorder app

I thought I would post this so if other people have this problem they will know what is causing it and/or what to do
