Video sharing quality

Hello all. I take and download beautiful magic air video footage but when I share them on Facebook the quality is bad. They come out blurry. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Video quality on facebook is trash, it's just how it is.
If you care about quality upload to other hosts then post the link. Or at least upload from a computer and not a mobile, it can make a significant difference.
