what causes video to slow down stop picture not moving fast ,,using mp4 ,my first footage was ok second ruined , should I use mov ? anybody had this problem

Most likely computer used for playback too old/not powerful enough to process the quality you captured.

Are you recording 4k ?? Try a 1080 as a test if you are then 720 then 2.7k and test.

i believe you are right was set at very high resolution emptied my 64 card quick
