A tip for the people who don't know this yet. The free VLC media player has the option to go through your video footage frame by frame (shortcut is 'e'). You can also use it to do 4K screengrabs even on a 1080p monitor. Very convenient.

Yes they come in at about 8MB so quite good detail.
If you were practically stationary, hard to tell apart from the JPGs it can take.
If you import files with Lightroom that has a good frame capture tool too.
