There would be no way to tell really unless you flew exactly the same way every flight in the same weather in the same mode. Do you want to know how long it will last in flight?
The batteries capacity is written on the label?

My rough calculation suggests 28.4 watt hours.
But to get an accurate number, all DJI Batteries all have their capacity in watt hours printed on the label.

since Watt hour is a unit of energy that measures how much power is used over time wouldn't the stick movements effect the result from one flight to the next?

No .. it's a measure of how much energy is stored in a fully charged battery.
In the case of the battery discussed here, it could supply 1 watt for 28 hours or 28 watts for one hour.
