Used to own a modded 2002 WRX in my youthful days that was a stealhy Solo II Autocross beast. Speaking of fast cars, we'd chuckle when someone would show up at the course with a shiny new $80+k machine (always a dead giveaway) only to barely get past the first turn before blowing out half a dozen cones in a mass state of clueless confusion. On dry days that Super 7 would often get FTD but on wet days the Subies would rule (assuming you had a clue about driving a car anywhere near it's limits)

FWD, I wish it was RWD just for the fun

It comes with 170hp (twincharged) from factory but with a few tweaks you can squeeze up to 250hp with no problems at all. There is also a SCIROCCO R version with 2lt engine and 290hp FWD. A friend of mine drives a tuned 2lt AWD 560hp scirocco and every single time I sit next to him I get a huge smile in my face. However with my small engine I can get 0-100kph (0-62mph) @ 6.4sec and reach 250kph on an open road (Only tried once and it took a loooong time after 220kph).

Just for the record the mark 3 scirocco handles like a demon since the rear wheelbase is huge, larger than a Porsche 911...
