Hello all.

In light of what's happened to DJI, I'm thinking of getting another backup drone.

I already have the 2S, Mini 5 Pro, and Air 3s, but I'm thinking of getting something smaller just in case more goes awry.

What do you think is the best small DJI drone available right now in the U.S.?

Thanks.

Question Why another DJI?

The best backup is another copy of what you already have so I'd say another Mini 5 Pro. All your accessories are interchangeable and if you crash one then that becomes a parts bin for the other. If you really want something different (or cheaper) then the Skyrover X1 and S1 are great bang for the buck (although they were cheaper a few weeks ago).

If you want smaller than even the Mini series then I'd say the Neo 2 is the jack of all trades.

I don't want to pay what the Mini 5 Pro costs and I need a DJI model to work with my controller. So I guess it will be the Neo 2. Thanks for responding!

Sorry my response is somewhat off topic. With ever increasing restrictions here in the USA, I'm not sure I want to invest in more drones. Besides my endless hobbies. my flying backup is, spending more time at my RC club field where I fly RC planes and can also fly my drone if I want to and physically meet other members.

The Neo 2 is not compatible with the RC Pro 2 controller if that is the controller you intend to use with it.
