A steady (non-flashing) green light on each front arm and a steady red light on each rear arm. And two flashing white lights on the bottom. (see images)

The green and red lights tell me my heading. The white lights let me see the drone in bright daylight. This set-up works great for me.

No lights on the top or bottom, that's useless.

4 lights, one on each leg facing forward or backwards (which is essentially the same as up and down).

Front: Red (l); green (r)
Rear: Blue (l) (optional); White (r)

Too many options to determine what type of flashing is applicable but they are all consistent when in use.

Depending on the drone, I use: Firehouse Arc V Pro, Firehouse Micro Pro, or Vifly Platinum

Not allowed to add lights. They aren’t specified by DJI and would therefore take my Mini drones out of classification, therefore restricting where I’m allowed to fly.

Do your lights Flash 40-100 times a min?
Are they visible from at least 3 miles?
Do they Flash and are not "solid" or non-flashing? Non Flashing is not legal (you can have them but they do not satisfy the requirements for night time lighting).
If you meet all of these your lights are good to go! If not.........Get you some Firehouse lights!
DJI Drones are not legal to fly at night "out of the box" ( the lights do not meet the regs) and you need to add these aftermarket lights to be able to legally fly after dark. FIREHOUSE.

Didn't count the number of flashes per minute. There are two speeds. One is slow, the other is pretty **** fast.
Didn't measure the distance either.
The white bottom lights flash.

I've tried Firehouse. They are expensive and not nearly as good as Vifly.

If I want to fly legally in built up areas over people I have to fly an under 250g legacy, C0 or C1 classed drone. Because of the way that the CAA and EASA take the manufacturers specifications the moment you add ANYTHING that isn’t in the specification the drone falls outside of the regulations. The Mini 5 is already too heavy but passes because it is classed as C0 and the Mini 4 would be too heavy if strobes were added but is also a C0 but would be a legacy drone but outside the 250g limit. Strangely if I owned an Air 3S classed as C1 I’d be able to fly over people and in built up areas until I add anything outside the manufacturers spec’s.
Nit picking, but you only need 1 Karen and a jobs worth Copper who’s late clocking off and I don’t need or want that kind of hassle.
Stupidly, some idiot in EASA didn’t include the requirement for a flashing green light at night in the C0 specifications , but did in the C1 but DJI will not update the C0 firmware to allow the green flashing light.
You do whatever you want to with your drones and I’ll do what I want with mine.

US pilot here... Do the CAA and EASA rules allow sub 250g drones to fly over people without prop cages? Not allowed in the US.

The Neo line are drones that are compliant with requirements for people overflight out of the box in the US. None of the minis are.

After sunset, I attach two Firehouse Mini Pro flashing white "strobes," one to the right front arm, and one to the left rear. Of course, I haven't tested the manufacturer's claims that they're visible for three statute miles but assume that they are. For sure, they wouldn't be so obvious over an urban area where they're competing for attention with numerous lights on the ground. In addition to the flashing strobes, I'm always amazed how visible the built-in LEDs in my Air 3 are at night, flashing green in front and alternating green and red in the rear

Here is the relevant section of the drone code on the CAA website.
