Wheel of death

I have a Mavic Pro with a CS. I am trying to download the offline maps and all I get is the circle spinning (wheel of death). It never starts the download process. Any thoughts on how I can get around this issue? Thanks!

One option (which I use) is to connect your CS to your phone's hot spot, thereby having internet access while you fly. There will be no need to download the maps because they will be available via your internet connection from the CS to your mobile phone.

I had the same issue and the fix was to upgrade to the newest version of Go 4.
