I have been clicking on subjects in the mavicpilots.com sites for a very long time to read or watch a video. Now I cannot view what is listed unless I accept Third Party Cookies. I do not accept cookies except from Girl Scouts and my wife. Why is this happening?

Doesn’t happen here, but I use all kinds of blockers and sit behind a Pi Hole that frustrates most ad’s and trackers.

Did you try the option to "Reject optional cookies"? Those optional cookies include all third-party cookies according to the privacy details.

Did not give me a choice. Just said I must accept third party cookies.
It's when a photo or video is posted. Never happened in the past.

Could you post a screenshot so we can see what you're referring to?

Wish I could...I deleted the posts that I tried to open. I always delete Trash right after.
Went back to the forums and after 4 pages there were no photos or videos to be viewed. Weird

No I'm not seeing them. When I go to the site it says I must accept third Party Cookies and I will not click on them. It's only photos or videos that I get that.

Mavicpilots.com is the only website I have visited that forces me to accept third-party cookies.
These cookies can track you and your browsing across the internet.
I recommend you install a browser extension called uBlock Origin, it is widely regarded as the best protection against trackers and ads.
Another recommended extension is Ghostery, it also stops trackers and ads.

I d/l Ghostery and nothing has changed. Go to the bottom of this page and click on MavicPilots. Choose a video to watch. When you click on it, you cannot watch it unless you accept all cookies. Click on PhantomPilots, do the same and you can watch a video. Very frustration since I have been watching videos posted on the MavicPilots site for years without the cookie problem. Guess I will leave the site now.

It happens to me when I have the VPN on...I close the VPN and I can watch and see then.

Even with Ghostery or uBlock installed, you will still have to accept the 3rd party cookies here, but they (the extensions) will prevent those cookies from tracking you and your browsing across websites, and they also stop most ads.

Many forums now block 3rd party cookies by default, and you have to accept them to load external content like embedded videos.

Just accept them and it'll be like it always was.

Are you using an encrypted browser like DuckDuckGo? I get the same problem with DuckDuck, I think its just preventing downloads to your computer without your permission.

Now this is interesting! I have made no changes and I no longer show 'Accept 3rd Party Cookies. I can now watch videos on MavicPilots. Wonder how long this will last?

The same thing is happening with me. I choose "optional cookies" when I open the website using Chrome (I rarely use the mobile site). For every single posted video or photo I get the same box telling me I must "click it to accept 3rd party cookies" before I can view the content. Been like this for a few weeks now.
