Would Anyone be tempted to buy this T-Shirt?

One reason not to wear that shirt is that no one in the United States is a licensed pilot since the Aviation Act of 1958! There are only "Certificated Pilots"!!! As a former FAA Designated Examiner people wanted a license but I could only give them a certificate!

The PIA down the street doesn't know that or care, just want to get in your face!
