Mavic Deliveries - UK

I feel like a kid who woke up on Christmas morning to see a wrapped present that looked like it contained a bike....

Only to find that Santa had left wrapping paper draped over the clothes horse.

I'm off to twitter to create a shitstorm

This is unbelievable - heads need to roll at Amazon - its incompetence beyond words.

I really thought Amazon were getting Mavic deliveries - turns out they just shipping a load of P3S

You must be beyond gutted. Having to wait is hard enough - then getting the wrong item. Appalling.

This is unbelievable. The cynic in me thinks Amazon are doing this on purpose so that you have to be refunded and re-order at the new, higher price.
These are my thoughts. Out of order. It's not like they're even similar looking. The picture is on the box FFS. I think I may head up to their distribution centre!

Everything is pretty automated - bar codes will be used for most things. I just can't understand how this can happen unless it really is deliberate.

There's another fellow on Twitter, same issue. It's not like just the odd one or two mispicks it's like a whole tranche of orders unless someone has received a Mavic from Amazon today?

Just cancelled my amazon order. Already have a p3s, no need for another.
Will wait until things settle down before reordering.

Yep, I've seen a couple of people on the DJI forums that have had the exact same issue. They may have had a delivery of P3 Standards in and they've been wrongly catalogued as Mavics. The guys picking the orders in the warehouse will just be told to go to a particular location on a shelf. They won't take note of the actual product that's there most likely.

Too many incidents to be a mistake.
Mavic was not blessed at all...

I believe no one will ever forget the Mavic

How'd you get on with Amazon? Refund or sending another out?

They're forcing the refund route...

What a disaster. I have one on order from them and now have to think whether to cancel. I think one guy on this forum got a Mavic from Amazon UK recently - or did I imagine that.
