you need to enable "dual mode" to get sport to work....when landing it does pause just above the ground because the bottom sensors "see" something and it's giving you a warning so to speak and then continues to land.

Thanks Varekai, I appreciate your quick response.
How do I activate dual mode?
Thanks again

@JohnnyD913 , go into the app, tap the 3 dots in the upper right, tap the icon that looks like a drone, "multiple flight modes" click that button.. and watch out, I was doing the same as you, thinking maybe it took some space to get up to speed... I found that button, enabled it, went outside my house and promptly ran into the eve of my house at 40 mph... all good thank goodness, Have fun!

If you are using the DJI GO4 app. After you enter the device to start your flight. In the top right hand corner there are three dots. Click on that the. Then touch the device selection it will look like your drone looking down on it from the top. With in that selection it is the first selection. Turn on the ability to switch from P to S mode!!

Yeah! It's a blast man! Just remember when you enter sport mode, it shuts off most of the sensors. But, since you said you own a P4 you should be good and know what your up to!
