Your question is easy to answer , definitely DJI FPV is not a beginner drone , so mini 2 is perfect for that purpose.

I think the reason why is because you’re shootings at 1080 , then if YouTube degrade the quality, that’s why your videos are looking like that, why you don’t shoot at 4K?, then YouTube will degrade them to 1080 ,
