So now I resolved the issue. I need to put my camera on pano mode FIRST, and then go to settings and select RAW. I already did this in photo mode, and I didn't realize I'd have to do this again in pano mode. So anyone else facing the same problem, here is a solution for you.

Hi, I found out that you can do advanced gimbal settings in the DJI Fly app only with Mavic Mini, but NOT with Mavic Air 2. This is very bad because the default gimbal settings are way too fast. I am also missing the ability to configure stick inputs. That is also not possible in the Fly app...
