There are no fly aways in my experience. Of course it can happen but use common sense and you will be fine

On the mavic air putting on the front arm makes the video worthless I tried everything. So I put one on the back and it helps a lot- I like Mike Singer's mounts as they are easy on and easy off

Get your mounts from mike singer-- They are perfect! Type in search bar and he will pull up. I have them for my air and they are great!

Post your flight logs for the experts- Sar will tell you what happened . Are you sure you initiated rth or did you by mistake hit land? I hate the fact that on the app these are right next to one another. Upload logs and ask SAR to help
