1080 footage looks smudged

I'm trying to find the right settings for shooting.
I normally use 2.7K, D-log,+1 sharpness and ND filters as suggested.
This time I've tried 1080 to reach 60 fps (for a fast panning scene).
Sadly all the videos appear like this.
Is it a normal limit of the MP or is there something wrong with mine?

Anything >30fps will suffer from aliasing on the Mavic, well known characteristic.
