Advised to "adjust antennae"

I'd appreciate some advice, please. Twice today, while flying over benign property like a lake I received the message "risk of losing contact with the RC - please adjust the antennae" or words to that effect. I'm unsure what to do in that situation - the drone was approx 250 metres from me and out of visual contact. On both occasions I activated the "return home" button which worked well.

When you see that message, here are a few things to check:

1) Make sure there are no obstacles between the remote controller and the Mavic.

2) Make sure the remote controller antennas are positioned like this:
