When mine was delivered in December DHL was required to get a signature, they didn't, just dropped and ran.

I just received the Air 3s FlyMore combo with RC2 that I ordered on Adorama 4 days ago. IDK if they still have any, but that sure beat trying to order one from DJI...

Update on shipping through DHL.

I just received an email from DHL stating my Mavic 3 Pro refurbished unit was being sent back to shipper (DJI) in China, so this is still going on. It was ordered Dec. 10, 2024.

I have been in contact with DJI through email as well as phone calls in LA and they offered a re-shipment as soon as more refurbished units come in stock, which I agreed to. We'll see if I get it before a Mavic 4 Pro comes out.

Trying to decide if I should have them refund me or just wait for the re-shipment since prices may go up due to tariffs.

I ordered the Fly More with RC-2 from Drone Nerds this afternoon, tracking says delivery on Tuesday. I tried ordering from DJI right after Christmas and it was a nightmare. Got refunded quickly and decided to wait.

DJI sent out a Re-Shipment of my Mavic 3 Pro fly more refurbished and once again they sent it via DHL, and again it was sent back to China. This time much quicker than 1-1/2 months.

I am now waiting for my refund from DJI.

My situation was a bit different... I ordered the Air 3S from DJI's web site on 12/30. 10 days later the shipping/tracking never changed, so after 3 days of chats, they tell me it's out of stock.... yea...

So they gave me the choice of a refund or wait. I chose the refund, and got it in 2 days. I could have ordered from DronePoint.ca, but glad I didn't, because I heard of some stories about Canadian shipping too. Due to family stuff I had to wait, which worked out, because I got it from DroneNerds.

Yep I am waiting my refund still from Dronepointe. Just passed the 60 day mark since ordered. Still sitting in Buffalo since December 18. Seems ridiculous to have to wait that long for customs to kick it out and for Dronepointe to not refund

You could try to initiate a chargeback from your credit card company and state you paid, and they never delivered to you nor ever refunded your money.

Well I did just start the first step with PayPal. I feel I have been patient enough. They mentioned looking into a refund at the 60 calendar day mark but that just came and went with no mention of refund when I checked with them a couple of days ago so I started the process. We shall see

I saw 1 listed as in stock at St Louis MO Microcenter, reserved it then went in to pick it up. They have never had another and the stock listing has been deleted. The pickup counter guy said that was the only one they had gotten in since release and it was a surprise arrival.
