Anyone else not able to update to latest Go4 - 4.3.12 ?? Android

Android version only. 4.3.12
Just got notifications in Google Play store that DJI Go 4 needed updating.
Tried on both my devices - HTC U Play Android 8.0, Samsung S2 Android 5.0.2.

Both gave me "error code: 940. Can't be downloaded"

Shut down and restarted both devices, cleared cache, lots of Ram available etc.

Thought I'd uninstall & reinstall on the S2, but same error - now I don't have Go4 on my tablet :/

So...
Is it a Play Store problem?
A DJI problem?
My devices problem?
Other....??

I updated to 4.11 1 week ago, with no update available on note 9 & Galaxy tab A. Perhaps a glitch in the google play system?

I had no problems updating my LG v30 go4 app. Opend the app and it prompted me to update

Hmm, I'm trying to do the update via my BT-300 Movario glasses running Android - could that be the weak link?

I even tried to force an update by going into the 'me' section and had it check for updates there.

Does the controller need to be connected to the aircraft in order to find and perform a Go4 app update?

The only one I can find for Android is also 4.3.11 I even checked the DJI site and that is what they have for Android 4.3.11.
They do have version 4.3.12 for iOS (apple)

DJI have been doing "staged rollouts" for quite a while on android so that it takes like a week for everyone to get pushed the new version through the play store at random...

Us, pixel 2 phone, Android 9. No new version in google store. Also, went to dji site, and link on their download page also gets old .11 version. Go figure.
