To recharge drone batteries? They make it seem like its really capable, assuming its fully charged before going into the field. Also, the comments on the video seem to be telling. Any feedback/opinions?
I haven't used the Yeti, but I can vouch for Ego's new Nexus Power Station, which I picked up because I have several of Ego's lawn tools, so I have additional batteries.
The Ego puts out 2,000 watts continuous and a peak of 3,000 watts. It also puts out a pure sine wave and works great with DJI's chargers as well as my blue 5-in-1 charger, as well as USB devices, laptops, whatever.
Just joined and saw this post. PG&E has given me a Yeti 3000x for medical reasons and I'm planning on taking it out with me. Yes a little overkill, but free and seems like a great use for it. I'm hoping to purchase a few more drones, and this should make it easier to fly for much longer, especially if I can assist with search and rescue.
