ATTI mode in M2

Hi all.
My name is Nektarios.
I'm new here.
Question : Is it possible for the M2 to disengage the GPS when flying outdoors? Or an ATTI mode or anything similar. Or a Lock course?
The reason i'm looking for that is for practising and improving flight skills.
