Battery flashes all four LEDs 3x and stays lit, is it defective?

My Mavic is only a couple of weeks old, today I push the button the battery and it flashes all the leds 3x and stays on, what's happening? Is it in sleep mode or defective?

It's off the aircraft and hasn't been charged/used for about 4 days

The battery can be turned on even when disconnected from the aircraft. It can be used as a power bank when on the go.
