Battery life from new.

Vague but I read 'somewhere' that battery life improves after the first few charges, my first flight the batteries didn't seem to last long at all but that could have been the wind (15mph ish) and recording at 4k.

Is this true or do you have any battery saving tips for longer flights?

I am currently at 30% warning while I am learning.

I rarely take my batteries down past 50 percent - only if needed and I still get 12-14 minutes down to 50 percent !!
