I want to share my journey.
First I have the fly more Mini 3 pro and it's great!
A few weeks back after charging my 3 batteries in the supplied charger I went to release one of them and pressed on the tabs and one of them broke, I was puzzled as I take very good care of my drones.
I went on the search because a year back or so I had swollen Mavic 2 pro batteries and DJI replaced both of them FREE of charge they just needed video proof and after a few mails I had replacements, btw I had no DJI care and the Mavic was long out of its guarantee.
So I hit up the dji help once again because surely this is a manufacturing fault? After a few mails I was told to send it to Hungary to get repaired but I wasn't expecting a grand total of €69.
I was expecting possibly a voucher with percentage to buy a new one but FULL price and plus I payed 10€ to ship it to Hungary.
