Cached video

Hello everybody!
I'm a new user and I want to thank you all for the interesting things I've found here.
Here I come with the issue, what's the logic behind the file caching?
I mean, if I go to the Editor I can't find all the videos I've recorded but just a few of them.
The setting were never changed.
Is there any specific logic I don't understand?

The maximum of 2GB of Cached video is only saved. Either the cache is full or in options it's selected to automatically clear them down.

Thanks but this is not the right answer.
I set a cache limit to 16gb but the strange behavior is that I miss the last video, not the first.
They look random.

Sorry yes 16Gb, I forgot mine is set to 2GB

I use both an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 6.
Last firmware and app version.
