camera problem

hello people.. (sorry my englis is not the best..)
so i have problems with gimbal and camera...
i update an re-instal and try everything and still not working it go like this:
i can fly normaly,everything working but i cannot take a picture or take a video and the mavic cannot found sd card and on computer and the phone cannot found the gimbal it is gimbal disconnected the drone is mavic pro and its 3 days old...what can be wrong ? can anyone help me ?

The mavic read your sdcard Because it reads a 0 remaining capacity

Try reinstall all the latest version firmware on mp, rc and dji go app

jes but i try difrent sd and still nothing...

Format your card in your computer with exFat format. I did this on my MAC with the diskutility
Then put it in your MP again and format it within your MP in the DJI GO App
Then all works fine again.

still nothing because sd card not found...i cannot do anything in cammera options

Just to be sure. You are inserting the SD Card with the copper connectors facing up towards the sky?
This was confusing to me b/c they usually go the other way.

I think most if not all of your problems could come from the SD Card being upside down.
Just to be sure....
