Can anyone tell me if my back yard should be safe to fly in?

In Australia, there are zones where planes will fly low but there are no restrictions for drones. The planes do have right of way though and all drone pilots MUST land their AC when there is a plane or helicopter within the vicinity.

Common sense would tell you that you should probably do the same thing regardless of laws in your area.

Im pretty close to an airport, when I fly at home I dont go about 200 feet. Even tho the planes are probably way over 2000 ft when they fly over the house.
