The DJI Care service plan is bound to the drone. You should give the new owner a copy of any records you received when purchasing that service so they are able to use the remaining service if needed.
The Care Refresh policy goes with the serial # on the drone. When DJI sends a refurbished or new replacement under the Care policy the replacement's serial # points to the policy along with one hit on it and another remaining.
