Can you help with Final Cut Pro? One small question

I'm supposed to be seeing icons below the preview window that denote iTunes Library, iPhotos Library, etc. All the tutorials I've so far seen have them, but my Trial Version does not. Do I turn that on someplace? Otherwise, it follows iMovie closely enough I'm not having problems. TIA.
