Cannot Take Off Even After Successful Unlock

My home is within 5 miles of a regional airport and I have always been able to request and unlock to fly my drone around my property. Today I tried what I have done hundreds of times but the drone would not unlock. Whats strange was that it allowed me to request the unlock, say it was successfully unlocked and then nothing; the status bar still says “Cannon take off”

make sure you are not in airplane mode yet, and you have either wifi or data that way you phone can still communicate. That happened to me when I put my phone in airplane mode, once I took airplane mode off it all worked

Thanks. I wasn’t in airplane mode which was weird. I even tried turning off WiFi in case that was causing an issue. What I ended up doing was going to DJI and requesting the self the self unlock code. Once that was done, I then synced it with the drone under Unlock Licenses menu in DJI GO 4
