Can't activate DJI Smart Controller

I was gifted a new DJI Smart Controller for use with my MM2.

I have managed to access the WiFi and login.
However I can't activate the SC, I receive the error: Activation failed. Server error (-2). Please try again......

I have contacted DJI support but suspect I won't get resolution for a few weeks. And I want to use it ASAP.

I wish I knew enough to help you.. I just bought a SC to use with my Mini 2 .. It paired up and is working fine.. I'm sure somebody here will help you out..

Sometimes the Activation server is down. Try again.

Been trying for a week now.

I did email dji and they have asked to send it in.

Still want to try sort it for avoid having to post it.lol

You probably did it, but make sure you are logged into your DJI account.
