I figured this was part of the TikTok ban. TikTok returned, but CapCut didn't make the cut (bad pun).

What next? This software has been banned for unclear reasons, and at this rate, maybe they’ll ban microsoft too. It’s honestly hard to understand what’s going on anymore. The decisions seem random, and there’s no clear explanation being given. It makes you wonder who’s making these calls and why. Things are starting to feel a bit surreal.
