Normally I get the Nanuk series and as many of us know they are very good but also very pricey.

Are any of the sub-$100 ones I see on Amazon worthy of such a fine quadcopter setup?

Appreciate your thoughts and mentions.

I really, just me personally, find pre-cut foam cases a waste of money. If you upgrade of sell your drone, they have few alternative uses and the foam will not fit anything else. They do not really increase the sale price of your drone in the end game, much if any. Now I am fond of Nanuk cases as well, but Pelican and several others have similar options. I get cases with movable padded dividers. You can adapt to any drone down stream and or photo gear should you like. So why limit your case selection to just one option? There is the fact that you must get only the bits of gear the manufacturer thought you should have, not what you may actually have. BTW, seems if you buy the case separately from the dividers and lid organizers, you can come out cheaper in many cases (No pun intended). Just shop a bit on eBay or the returned but like new items on Amazon.

Yes, some sub-$100 cases on Amazon offer solid protection, like the Tomat Air 3S Hard Case, but they may lack Nanuk’s durability and waterproofing.

All the flymore fits it looks like? That a cover for the remote I see?
All of it in a small form factor. I have the spare blades, 100w charger and mic in the upper right compartment. There is space under the batteries for my wide angle lens and filters. Space under the remote for my lanyard, car charger and strobe light. Yes, cover on the remote fits as well without removing it.

I bought the Lykus MA310 designed for the Air 3 before they modified the foam for the Air 3S.
However, the Air 3S fits. It was snug at first but the foam did adapt.
Now the drone slides in and out with ease.
The case thickness provides space for a charger, paperwork and cable under the charging hub, lanyard under the RC and spare props, filters. cables, adapters and a Yagi set in the top right quadrant.
Very well built product.
